Expert-on-Board is a customized service delivery tailored to specific client goals for MDM. Tasks focus more on mentoring and guidance, rather than heads-down solution development. Typical tasks include analysis of master data models, reviews of different technical approaches to specific scenarios, guidance on best-practices, working through technical issues, and optimizing business processes and performance.
EXPERT-ON-BOARD :: RESOURCE SCHEDULING
Expert-on-Board engagements are delivered through a recurring schedule of days for a set period of time (e.g., one full day/week over three months), in which a Profisee resource works directly with internal resources to support development and delivery efforts.
